How it works

There is an initial meeting which gives us an opportunity to meet and explore what you want from therapy and to talk about the issues that have brought you to therapy. It is also a chance for you to ask questions.

Couples

In my work with couples, it is the relationship that is seen as the client! The therapy is used by the couple to try and explore and tackle together the cause of their problems rather than trying to ‘fix’ the problems.

Fees & About Us

I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic counsellor - I have experience working for the NHS in a GP Practice as well counselling couples and families for a North London Counselling Centre.
